Here is a compiled list of PS3 error codes and what they mean.

80022d11 Cannot Sync Trophies or Register Trophy Data.
8003200D Server side issue, much like the trophy syncing problems.
80710102 DNS Error Most of the time this error can be resolved by simply, with resetting the network settings.
8002F994 To many D/Ls just w8 a while and try again
8001050B Will not play demos off HDD, when Blu-ray is in etc. try it over again, then take blu-ray out, if doesn’t work restart machine
8002b241 DVI has no audio
80028EA5 Unknown well if we don’t know what it is then how can we solve it lol
80029023 Exchanging Key Information exchange has timed out Try again, reset network settings
80029024 The attempt to obtain an IP address has timed out same as above

Reconnect your power cable and flip the back switch up again. Then make a new network connection.

Then shut off your modem/router, for about 5 mintues, then turn the modem back up first and let it sync, then turn the router back on(if using one) and let it sycn. Reconnect your power cable and flip the back swtich up again. Then make a new network connnection.
80028F10 Go to Display Settings then HDMI (or whatever your connection is) and choose Automactic, not Custom. I always had it on Custom before. Seems when you choose Automatic it allows the PS3 to select 50hz which is what you need for PAL games that don’t support 60hz.
80028F17 PS2 disc Boot Error , An error occured during the start operation; PS2 game swapped using the eject function and then play pressed quickly – Backup ps2 game inserted again (ps3rips)
80028F18 PS2 Disc Error, unsupported disc; eg. Utility discs, BB discs, IQ Remix game etc. ode).
80028F19 PS2 Disc Error , fsck; the internal PS2 disk got corrupted and I guess that you can use HDD utility disc to fix it

I have been searching for how to jailbreak my ps3 for a long time and it was hard for me to find a good tutorial on how to do it, but few hours back i got a nice tutorial to jailbreak Play station 3 which is running the latest firmware that is 4.5 . There are lot of sites which are scams around the web which will make you do surveys and waste your time. But in this tutorial i will explain you how to jailbreak Play Station 3 Running 4.5 Official Firmware Easily.
In order to jailbreak PlayStation 3 running the latest firmware you need to either downgrade the firmware to 3.55 or less. There is no jailbreaks released for the rest of the latest version. I have been searching a lot for jailbreaking my updated Playstation 3 and the possible answer to the question is NO. There is no way to jailbreak a play station 3 running the latest firmware. There are lots of videos and scammers who are uploading videos to scam people but the fact is there is no official jailbreak released for play station 3 which is running the latest firmware.

For downgrading your PlayStation 3 you need a software called Rogero i will mention you the download link below.

Download Rogero 4.46 v1.01 CFW here. (194.21 MB)

This is the only trick which worked for me hence i’m sharing this with you.
1. Download the file “RB446DKIPF.PUP“ and rename it to PS3UPDAT.PUP
2. Create a new folder on the Root of your USB flash drive or External HD and name it “PS3” ( it would look like this: x:PS3 where X is the drive)
3. Create a new folder inside the “PS3” folder we just created and name it “UPDATE” . ( it would now look like this: x:PS3/UPDATE)
4. Copy the PS3UPDAT.PUP file we renamed and place it inside the “UPDATE” folder we just created. ( it should now go something like this: x:PS3/UPDATE/PS3UPDAT.PUP)
5. Insert your USB or External HD into your PS3
6. Turn on your PS3, go to System update and select “Update via Storage Media”
7. Just follow any on screen instructions that would come up.
8. And you’re done!
by following the above steps you will get your ps3 downgraded to a custom firmware and it will be a jailbreaked firmware. And now you can install downloaded games easily into your jailbroken Playstation 3. You can use hacks like Multiman to make the process f installing downloaded games much more easily into Playstation 3.
And i would like to make you clarify one thing never trust any YouTube videos which shows jailbreaks all are fake videos if there is any official jailbreak releases for the latest firmware that is 4.5 then I will be posting an article or I will be updating this article at that time, and i highly recommend  you guys to buy games rather than downloading it from the internet.

"PS3 and PS4 Players can play togeather - Cross-Platform" - Says SONY

Sony: PS4 and PS3 cross-platform gameplay 'technically possible'

Your friends who refuse to upgrade to PS4 right away might not have to be dragged into the next console generation kicking and screaming in order for you to play multiplayer games together.
Sony revealed that PS4 and PS3 can theoretically play together online in cross-platform fashion, according to a lengthy launch FAQ posted by the company today.
"The functionality is technically possible and some developers may choose to support it for their titles," it read.
Sony didn't include any more details, such as naming games that plan to support this feature or developers that have expressed interest in implementing cross-platform gameplay.
A theory is nice and all, but it sounds like users will be left to the PS4's release date and subsequent game releases to see how this plays out in practice.

Dynamic Menu in name only

Continuing on with the FAQ, Sony revealed that when PS4 owners boot up the system for the first time, they'll be greeted by the awkwardly named "PlayStation Dynamic Menu."
This graphical interface replaces the PS3's "Cross Media Bar" of the last seven years.
"We developed the [PlayStation Dynamic Menu] on key development ideas for PS4: simple, immediate, social, integrated, and personalized," wrote Sony.
Unfortunately, it's "Dynamic" in name only, as Sony indicated that the custom themes from PS3 won't make the generational leap.

MP3s? That's so PS3

When it comes to playing music on Sony's forthcoming console, the thousands of MP3 files and CDs that most of us own aren't going to work.
"Will I be able to play MP3s on PS4?" posed an FAQ entry. Sony responded with a curt, "No."
The same response was given to audio CDs. PS4 plays Blu-rays and DVDs, but not CDs.
Likewise, PS4 doesn't support media servers or offer DLNA support for streaming videos and movies from a home PC.
The alternative? Try downloading all of your music and movie content through Sony's online store, of course.
The fact that age-old audio formats and custom menu themes are getting the axe is a shame.
However, the glimmer of hope that PS4 and PS3 gamers can play together if developers so choose starts to make up for the inconvenience.
